Dump Hoist – Electric 3-Way Valve Power Unit
Power up, gravity down - This power unit is complete with pump, motor, reservoir and control box. Dump beds come down quickly and this unit can be used with lighter bed because of the large, 8 gallons per minute, dump valve. Has an externally adjustable system relief valve and check valve. The control box has a six foot cord wired into the unit. The reservoir measures 5-1/2” x 6-1/2” x 20” and holds 3.1 gallons. Uses a .375” NPTF outlet port.
Push Button and Toggle Control Boxes

Two types of Control boxes are available, push button and toggle switch. Push button control boxes are available with or without cords and the cords can be ordered straight or coiled. The push button control box with the straight cord is a permanent mount style and has a cord length of 10 ft. The coiled cord push button unit is a hand held model with a cord that can be stretched to 18 ft and retract to approximately 5 ft. Push button and toggle switch control boxes can be ordered without wire and are both made for three wire systems.

Inspection doors have a maximum opening of 7” x 14”. The inspection door is designed to be welded into tailgates on 1-ton dump bodies. They are plain finish for easy and quick welding installation. They are available for the drivers side or the passenger side.

The cruciform safety chain bracket welds to the bumper or hitch plate. It measures 4” x 5-1/2” x ½” thick steel tubing. The overall weight for the safety chain bracket is 9.02 lbs.
Provide a latch point for safety chains. This chain latch is formed from 3/8” steel and is used for chains up to 3/8” in size. The overall weight is 1.25 lbs.

Tailgate Latch Assembly
The tailgate latch bar assembly is constructed of A-36 steel, and is available with a forged bracket and clevis or an aluminum bracket and clevis. The latch assembly can be used to provide a seal for dump body and dump trailer tailgates.

Welding Ring with Chain
Two chains are available, a 5 link chain and a 6 link chain. Both chains are ¼” stock and both come with a 2-3/4” O.D. O-ring. The 5 link chain is steel; the 6 link chain is zinc coated steel. Chains are to be used with tailgate release levers.
Ductile iron tailgate release lever slides over the 1” diameter cross shaft and bolts to adaptor plate for 2-point attachment. The adaptor plate is designed to weld to 1” diameter cross shaft to a mounting point for the tailgate release lever.
Rubber Pads for Outriggers
Rubber Outrigger Pads are constructed of 2” thick solid rubber with a textured surface and built in handle. Ideal for concrete, paved surfaces and off-road use. Eliminates marring when outriggers are extended on finished surfaces. Rubber outrigger pads reduce unnecessary repairs
Control Cables and Accessories
Control cables are used to adjust and lock acceleration in place. Vernier Heavy-Duty Adjustable Locking Control Cables come in sizes of 6ft, 10ft, 15ft, and 20ft. Each locking control cable uses a .375 diameter conduit with a .088 diameter stainless steel core. Thread size measures 3/4-16 UNF.
The Standard Control cables come in the same length as the heavy-duty cables but use a .260 diameter conduit with a .075 diameter stainless steel core. Thread size measures 3/4-16 UNF.
Choke Cables are available in lengths: 3ft, 6ft, 8ft, 10ft, and 15ft. Choke cables are not locking and can not lock into an adjusted position.
Control cables need connectors for different applications. Cable mounts come in two different styles. A standard “U” clamp and a clamp with a mounting plate. The control cable mounting plate provides an adjustable mounting plate for all output ends of clamp-type push/pull cables. Our bowden pin has a 3/8” diameter pin, brass construction with a .098 drill through. The throttle stop has a 5/16” diameter brass barrel with .088 hole.
